My approach to counseling is flexible and non-judgemental since it’s important to meet the needs of each individual. Francy Jenko

As a licensed clinical social worker specializing in individual therapy services for adolescents and adults, I bring a wealth of expertise and experience to my work. With a Doctor of Social Work degree from the University of Southern CA (USC), I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve wellness and self-empowerment through a holistic approach. I provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their emotions, navigate challenges, and foster personal growth. I believe in a client-centered approach, recognizing that each person is unique and tailoring services to meet their specific needs and goals. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable insights into workplace-related issues and the intersection of personal and professional well-being. This knowledge partly stems from my experience providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to Delta team members over the past two years at the Delta Reservation Center in Hibbing/Chisholm, MN. This experience has allowed me to understand the unique challenges individuals may face in their work environments and the impact those challenges can have on their overall well-being.
